How to get Root Down:
Ready to check out a class? Try to come about 15 minutes early to check in and get set up. You will want to bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle. If you need to rent a mat or towel we offer them each for a $1. You can also purchase mats and water at the studio.
For our Power Yoga classes you will want to wear something that is comfortable to move and sweat in. For Yin you will also want to wear something that is non-restrictive and comfortable.
We also recommend practicing on an empty stomach, a light meal an hour prior is fine and drinking water 45 minutes prior is ideal. Please be mindful of sensitivities to scents by not wearing heavy cologne or perfume. See you on the mat!Inspiration:
Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive. ~Howard Thurman
Fear less, hope more; eat less, chew more; whine less, breathe more; talk less, say more; hate less, love more; and all good things are yours. ~Swedish Proverb
