40 Day Personal Revolution

40 Days to Personal Revolution is a simple yet profound program for the mind, body and soul. It creates radical and sustainable change in all aspects of life through a daily combination of asana practice, meditation, diet, and personal reflection. Regardless of your level of experience, this program will reveal mental clarity, lightness of body, and an invigoration of spirit.

Program details~May 19th-June 30th

Weekly Meetings: We will gather for a holistic life coaching session, to check in and support the theme of each week. It is highly recommended that all participants attend.
Every Saturday 11am-12pm after the Saturday am class.
Note: If you can not come to meetings on Saturday an alternate meeting will be offered Monday night 7:00-8:00pm after the pm class.

Practice: Participants are required to have 6 days of asana practice (4 in the studio).

Meditation: There will be a practice of meditation, twice daily, with increasing sitting times as the weeks progress.

Food Cleanse: Each of the six weeks will focus on a weekly dietary awareness theme intended to support the process of coming into vibrant physical health and mental clarity. The fourth week’s dietary awareness practice includes a three day fruit cleanse.

Cost: $50 – includes meetings and journal (cost of yoga and book is additional.) Upon completion of the program cost may be given back to participants in the form of a credit.
